About Neuro Mosaic
We are changing how organizations recognize, value and use the strengths of neurodivergent minds.
Our mission
Neuro Mosaic exists to improve the lives of neurodivergent people by building the tools and practices that let them use their strengths to the fullest.
We bridge the gap between how society expects people to learn, develop and work, and how each person actually does those things best. We started in Washington State, and we intend to bring this work anywhere it is needed.

A world where neurological differences are recognized and valued, leading to a more inclusive society for everyone.
Why a mosaic
Our name and our mark carry the same idea. On one side, lines and nodes come together at a single point: many thoughts, experiences and perspectives connecting with one another. On the other, an organic, brain-like form: the individual mind, complex and unlike any other.
Together they hold the balance between individuality and connection. That balance is the core of Neuro Mosaic.
